OneCore currently supports PJLink for projectors, LG Professional Series displays, DALI and DMX for lighting control, and Shelly devices for smart relays and controllers. OneCore uses TCP/IP sockets to enable direct messaging between specific users or broadcasting to everyone connected. It also includes automated connectivity checks (pings) and a monitoring tool to track all active message traffic. We're continuously adding new integrations based on client needs.
Absolutely. OneCore is designed to start small and scale. Begin with a single building or room type, prove value, then expand to additional sites. The architecture supports multi-site operations from day one.
OneCore can trigger alerts and events that integrate with service management platforms like Brightnow. When a device issue is detected, it can automatically create tickets, notify the right teams, and track resolution through SLAs.
Yes. OneCore provides clean data outputs that can feed into Power BI, custom dashboards, or other reporting tools. We also build custom analytics solutions for clients who need deeper operational intelligence.
These capabilities are in active development and will be released in upcoming versions. You can start with current features today and these modules will be available as part of your subscription when released.
